Welcome to TicketAura. These Terms of Use govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using TicketAura, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
“TicketAura,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the TicketAura platform.
“User,” “you,” and “your” refer to individuals who access or use our services.
“Event Organizer” refers to individuals or entities that create and manage events on our platform.
“Attendee” refers to individuals who purchase tickets to events through our platform.
TicketAura is an online platform that enables Event Organizers to create, promote, and sell tickets to events, and allows Attendees to discover, purchase tickets to, and check in at these events.
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
TicketAura currently supports services in Nigeria and Great Britain. Users from other countries may browse our platform, but event creation, ticket purchases, and related services are only available to users in supported countries.
Event Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, ticket pricing, and availability. Event Organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country where the event is held.

Attendees are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal information when purchasing tickets. Tickets purchased through TicketAura are subject to the specific terms and conditions set by the Event Organizer, including any refund or exchange policies.
TicketAura facilitates payments between Attendees and Event Organizers. We use Stripe as our payment processor. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of our payment processors.
TicketAura charges a service fee for tickets sold through our platform. These fees are disclosed at the time of purchase. Event Organizers may also set their own fees.
For events in Nigeria, payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). For events in Great Britain, payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP).
Refund policies are set by Event Organizers. TicketAura is not responsible for processing refunds unless required by law. In the event of a cancelled event, the Event Organizer is responsible for issuing refunds to Attendees.
All content on TicketAura, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TicketAura or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our explicit permission.
By posting content on TicketAura, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services. You are solely responsible for any content you post and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TicketAura and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
For users in Nigeria, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For users in Great Britain, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the appropriate court in the governing jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our platform and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of TicketAura after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
